Returns
At Flamenco has provide 14 days full right of return for all jewelry, this also applies to customized jewelry. Only the shipping costs for returns are at your expense. You have to send the returns registred.

Contact us if you are returning the jewel. Not good = money back guarantee. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items and termination of the contract. You can print the RETURN FORM HERE. These can be included with the return.
Prices
The prices include VAT.
Warranty
Jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty covers manufacturing defects which are reviewed by goldsmith workshop Flamenco. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the wearing of jewellery or caused by misuse. If after the first year something is wrong with jewelry, please contact us, so that solutions can be watched.
Deliveries and legal
Customers orders and place orders to be delivered by Flamenco jewelry should express the legal entities that match the details of bank accounts, current accounts and other payment options. For misconduct and damages of any kind whatsoever by inaccurate data relating to the above Flamenco is not liable and does not assume any responsibility.
Colour deviations, damage or delays, details
a Flamenco is not responsible for color deviations due to eg monitor settings. Colors of gemstones are as good as displayed but can always be slightly different. b. Flamenco is not liable for misuse and damage or injury caused by wearing the jewelry delivered. e.
